Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Tiger Woods. We took this little tiger guy in on the weekend of the Masters golf tournament—thus the name! (We are in urgent need of a foster home for Tiger Woods until he finds his forever home.)
He was originally adopted off of Craigslist—separated from his mom and siblings and other cat friends. He was terrified as an only cat in a new house. For the next three months, he lived in a heated barn with no human contact; he hid 100% of the time, coming out only to eat, drink, and use his litter box. He had received no prior vet care, so as soon as we got him, he was seen by one of our vets. He received vaccinations, and was neutered and microchipped. He is negative for FIV/FeLV.
He is still timid and sometimes hides, but he is overall playful and friendly, purring and kneading when you touch him. He loves to get kitty backrubs and shoulder massages, and just discovered he likes to sleep in bed with humans. He also likes birdwatching!
If you are interested in adopting (or fostering) Tiger Woods, please contact us for an application.
(You could have fun telling your friends: “Tiger Woods was rolling around in catnip on our living room rug!” “Tiger Woods was crashed on our sofa last night.” “Tiger Woods loves chasing the Red Dot!” 😹 )
