Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Clay was rescued from the Merced pound just hours before being put to death. Merced has an 83% kill rate. Almost 10,000 animals killed last year. And that is just in Merced. Clay got out just in time. Statistically black dogs and cats don't get adopted. And since it is a dominant gene, there are more black cats and dogs born than any other color. Clay is playful with our other fosters, and eager to go into his crate. He walks on leash and rode 3 hrs from Merced to get to safety without any problem. Clay now has the time to find just the right home.
