Here's what the humans have to say about me:
"Senior Gal Looking for a Forever Companion." Barb is just one of the absolute sweetest dogs you will ever meet. She is estimated to be around 11 years old, weighs about 18 lbs. and is easy going and "low maintenance." She will do best in a quiet, low energy, adult-only home. She does well around other dogs, has not been cat tested but would most likely be fine with them. She is housetrained as long as she isn't left too long. She's a little hard of hearing but seems to be able to see fine. Barb is sensitive to touch and really only likes to be pet on the head and neck where she can see your hands. She may flinch or scoot away when you touch anywhere else but is not aggressive. She's a very independent gal but will seek to be in the same room with you at all times. She currently has free run in the fenced backyard at her foster home, but when leashed she does need a little direction. She doesn't mind kibble as long as some wet food is mixed in. If you live in the Cental Florida area and think you are a good fit for Barb, please send in an application and let us know more about your family.
