My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

FOSTERED IN: Adoption Center - Frankfort, IL 60423
ESTIMATED DOB: 05/2021
COLOR/BREED: Gray Tabby Shorthair
KIDS: Likely
DOGS: Unknown
CATS: Yes

HISTORY:
Chase was rescued from an open intake shelter in an underserved area in Louisiana.

ABOUT:
Chase is a very affectionate, social, young cat. One of our volunteers at the adoption center said he loves to explore and go on adventures to places like the top of the refrigerator, but the minute you sit down he rushes over to be the first on your lap. Another volunteer said he will do naughty things so that you have to pick him up, where he will promptly melt into your arms. When the volunteers are busy working, Chase is always right there supervising their work and providing unsolicited advice. He’s always willing to “help” in whatever you are working on. He’s so committed to help we bet he would even assist with assembling Ikea furniture or unclogging a drain.

When no one is around to give him attention Chase loves to look out the window, play with toys, play with the other cats, and go on adventures. Chase is still a young cat so you can expect some occasional zoomies, silliness, and mischief from this guy. He has so many great qualities we don’t even need to mention his good looks.

Chase does well with the other cats at our adoption center. We do not know how he is with dogs, but because he is generally confident and outgoing we think he would possibly adjust to a home with a nice, friendly, cat-experienced dog. Chase has met a few children visitors at our adoption center and because he is social and confident we think he would adjust well to homes with children.

If this charming, silly, optimistic guy sounds like the one for you, the first step is to fill out our adoption application. More information and our adoption application can be found at www.luluslockerrescue.org
