Bernard is a 7ish yr old Shih Tzu mix. He weighs about 7 lbs. He needs a quieter home. He does better with female dogs -- males are hit & miss. Cats are a no-go. Well-behaved kiddos are fine. Bernard has some nervous energy when his environment is too chaotic. He was a train wreck when he arrived 😔 He was on the run for a while before he was rescued. As you see pooor Bernard was very neglected but he’s already made huge improvements. Bernard is neutered, chipped, vaccinated and dewormed. He would love a lap to call his own.
