My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

COURTESY LISTING FOR ANOTHER RESCUER! DO NOT CONTACT ARRF. We do not know this pet personally. To meet Garnet, see the contact information below.

Garnet is a beautiful one-year-old female Golden Retriever/Lab mix who was rescued off the street in Tijuana, starving. Because of her sweet temperament, a rescue group in Tijuana saved her life. She is very calm, sweet, quiet, inquisitive, and ready for fun. She gets along well with other dogs and people and children, is curious, and wants to learn. Garnet would be great with a family or an individual.

She has been spayed, tick and heartworm tested, wormed, and is up-to-date with her Distemper/Parvo shot. Medical records will be provided. Garnet weighs about 35-40 lbs.

An application for adoption will be requested. If approved, a yard video will be requested, as well. There is a rehoming fee.

To meet Garnet, email, call or text her foster: Pam.Lawless@gcccd.edu ; 619.964.1181. Garnet is being fostered in East County.
