My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bernie is an absolutely wonderful boy. We got him from a breeder who told us he was a Daug or dachshund/pug. However, we think maybe that's not totally accurate. Regardless, he's a great dog and is a total sweetheart with people, dogs and cats. He acted really scared and quiet for the first few weeks but then he warmed up to our family and hasn't left our laps and hearts since! His brother is a husky and they play together all the time but when you sit down on a couch or recliner he settles right in for a snuggle. We're heartbroken and devastated to have to find him a new home. We bought a home in a neighborhood with strict HOA and can't bring him with us. He's a wonderful pet and we are so so sad to have him leave.
He's short but very mobile and can handle stairs and jumping up to a bed or car. He doesn't have a flat face like a pug so no breathing problems. He's cute and his personality is adorable.
