Hellooooooo!!! My name is Elvis and I'm an 8 year old neutered male Blue-tick Coonhound who weighs 65 lbs. Just like my name suggests, I love to sing, especially when I get excited! I love to run around and jump up to show you love! I love to lay in people's lap even though they say I'm too big to be a lap dog! I met dogs while at the shelter and did well, but my hound dog alarm went off when I met a kitty! I shouldn't go to a home with cats or small animals. My instincts are too strong and I'd just want to chase them! The true key to my heart is food and treats! I'll sit for treats, but canned food is the best! I have tested positive for heartworms, but the shelter has started me on treatment for this and will send my medicine home with you!
