My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sunny is a stray/abandoned & possibly abused, he wandered onto my property in Azle the first week of March, no microchip or collar. I posted him on numerous Lost Pet sites and contacted shelters with no luck. I have since gotten him neutered, shots updated, heart worm checked (negative), and have him on heart guard.

He is approximately 2 years old craves love & attention and full of Akita energy. He would be an awesome buddy for someone who is active outdoors and likes to hike or take long walks. He doesn’t do well outside alone and will jump up at the door to come in, Akita’s are known for being clingy.

He is crate & house trained and loves to move all the dog toys from one room to another and never puts them back. He does chase my cats but hasn’t tried to hurt them, but I keep a gate up in case.

He would do best with someone experienced with Akita’s and their energy. He truly is a very lovable sweet boy, unfortunately I have 4 dogs and one has special needs.
