Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This beautiful girl arrived to us from Northern Manitoba. As with most of our northern dogs we don’t have much history on her but we know she must have had an unfortunate experience or two as she is missing a small piece of her ear and she is quite fearful when outdoors.
Wybee is a beauty with the most stunning blue eyes! She’s estimated to be about 5 months old. She is settling in nicely with her wonderful foster family and is getting along nicely with her foster fur siblings.
She is much happier inside than she is outside in the big world. When she arrived she was terrified of birds but has shown some improvement in that she now seems to be interested in them and squirrels. She is frightened of sounds and noises in general and the car is a really scary place!
She will require a patient family that is willing to go slowly and help her overcome her fears. She will do best in a quiet environment both inside and out and is not a candidate for an apartment or condominium as an elevator or shared public space is a fear trigger for her.
Wybee’s housetraining is coming along nicely and she is learning some basic commands. She loves to play with both her furry foster siblings and her human siblings and parents alike. When everyone else is busy she likes to play alone and can entertain herself quite easily. Leash training is a work in progress.
She is food motivated and a quick learner. At the end of the day her favourite thing is a good cuddle usually accompanied by a little snore. She’s 100% love!!!
