Jay Jay is a beautiful 2 yr. old tuxedo boy, with personality plus. He’s extremely smart, playful and sweet – and he’s the ultimate lap cat. Jay Jay welcomes cuddles and being held, and he carries on conversations with an expressive voice. He gets along well with other cats and would do fine with a mellow cat or dog. Foster mom says that Jay Jay is the smartest cat she’s ever fostered. Indoor only.
