Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Joy, an adorable little Terrier looking for a forever home of her own.
Sadly Joy found herself at an area animal control facility, having been found as a stray. She was never reclaimed. We at BAARK were fortunate enough to welcome her to our Rescue Group in February.
Now that her vet care is completed, she is looking for her forever home. Joy is estimated to be just under 3 years old, weighing just about 9 lbs. She is a very easy going girl and would be a wonderful addition to most any dog-loving family.
Joy is good with other dogs but is not all that playful; she just prefers to hang out with them and enjoy their company. She enjoys being with people but is not a cuddly dog. Overall Joy is a nice companion, sweet and friendly girl.
She is fully vetted, up-to-date on all vaccinations, spayed, heartworm negative and on year-round heartworm prevention, and microchipped.
To find out how you can add Joy to your family, please contact BAARKDogRescue@gmail.com or 847-852-0895 for information about our adoption process and policies, as well as an adoption application.
Please note that BAARK is located in the NW Suburbs of Chicago, and adopts local to that area.
