Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello my name is polly , I am a 1 year old pure breed yorkie , I was dumped by my mom's breeder when she noticed I was having difficult walking ... I was only 8 weeks old , fortunately one of Max's Ark angels stepped in and took me , yes! They didn't care about my flaws ... they brought me to the nicest lady I have meet ! My super sweet foster mom .. Sharon , she has taken such good care of me , she feeds me , keeps me clean and makes me feel sooo loved ... I am a happy girl who enjoys playing with my toys , meeting other dogs and their humans of course ....
My spine was injured when I was just born ... I had difficult walking as a baby but now I move around pretty well ! According to the neurologist I developed a condition called " spinal walk " , that means I use my hind legs by reflex ... as I have no sensitivity from my lower back down to my hind legs .
I am looking for that especial mom who is experienced with especial needs little dogs ... I need my bladder expressed three times a day , ... I know sounds complicated but is a simple procedure , I will make sure to give my family enough love to make it worth the commitment ...
Would you be my forever family ?

Our energetic puppy and young adult aged dogs require owners with active lifestyles, regular walking and socialization.
As a gentle reminder for seasoned dog owners as well as new ones, a day in the life of a puppy is one of high energy, early mornings, late nights and housetraining!
If you are a Senior, please consider adopting one of the many Senior dogs in need of a home. The advantages of a mature dog are numerous and rewarding for both the dog and the owner. We do not adopt out puppies to Seniors beyond 65 (young middle aged).
Our main concern is the age of the dog and potential owner and getting them placed in a loving FOREVER home.
We require a Florida residence, full or part time. Please consider this when submitting your application as you must be in Florida at the time of the adoption.
We do not place our dogs in homes with young children (less than 10) for the safety of both the child and the dog.
