Here's what the humans have to say about me:
PetCentralSATX Dog Rescue Application Link (simply copy and paste)... We must have an application to move forward.

HICKORY is a beautiful puppy… DOB 1/9/2022…In foster in Lacey, WA I expect him to get up to 50-60#s…maybe more. Mom was a German Shepherd…don’t know about Dad. There are 5 in the litter and 2 are GS brown. Hickory is the DARKER brown. He has very distinguished features with the contrast of light and dark. Hickory is very playful and happy. He will make a family a great dog…or maybe a couple a “hiking” companion. He has been in a crate as a puppy. He is not house trained... He loves it outside. Right now, cats are just curious things that sit up on the railing and look down on them. :)
Check out our YouTube Videos. The lighting was difficult with the shade from the trees but it will give you an idea.

Adoption Fees
The adoption fee includes transportation to WA/OR. All pups and dogs are fully vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, dewormed, have a negative heart worm test for all dogs over 6 months at time of transport, have a health certificate, and have all age-appropriate vaccinations. Some dogs/pups have additional medical, including but not limited to FHO, ACL, hernias, dental, and other vetting.
All medical records will be provided to the adopter at the time they pick up their dog.
HOW ABOUT FOSTERING! If you are not in the position to afford a puppy/dog but still want to be an important factor in dog rescue, we recommend fostering. Fostering ensures you incur no vet bills and no boarding fees while saving a life and enjoying the love of a canine companion. We are always in need of good fosters. You can sign up to foster at this link: https://shaynesrescue.com/foster-application/
This is a post on behalf of Pet Central SATX Rescue, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 350,000 homeless pets. We have hundreds of puppies/dogs available so there really is no need to apply anywhere else. Also, one application is good even if you are interested in several different dogs...one application no matter which one you choose.
Thank you for choosing to adopt a rescue pup/dog. We firmly believe there is NO breed other than "rescue" for all species. Thank you for being part of the village it takes to save these precious lives.
