Sable is a 1 year old Pittie mix. She's full of life and ready for a buddy to snuggle and adventure with. She's a little timid and still learning all the wonders of the world, but she's a quick learner and growing into her own every day. She has successfully passed a basic training program and takes pride in showing off her skills; sit, wait, stay, dow, heel, come, kennel-up , etc. She walks beautifully on leash and is good with people and dogs. Her claim to fame is the fastest Zoomie on the East Coast (for only 5 minutes though, and then she's pooped out)!
Her biggest need is for her humans to limit/manage her access to things that she perceives as high value. She feels compelled to resource guard certain items such as any high value treat. All of this will be discussed in length to interested adopters. Sable will not be placed in a home with other animals or young children at this time. Please consider giving this beautiful girl a chance. Sable is spayed, heartworm negative and up to date on age appropriate core vaccines. Adoption fee is $395.
