ROCKY is a 6-year-old superstar.  He was found begging for help in the desert area, cold and hungry. A Good Samaritan took him in but could not keep him.  START Rescue offered to help ROCKY and he has been a joy.  ROCKY is good with dogs and LOVES people.  He has a low thyroid and may need to be on thyroid pills for the rest of his life, but this does not stop him being playful, goofy and SO sweet.  He LOVES to snuggle up in warm blankets and is a wonderful, low maintenance dog.  He is neutered, chipped and up-to-date with his shots.
