My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Markus was found as a stray, sick, and with a very distended belly. At the ER it became clear that he had intestinal blockage due to eating bones. With the aid of medications and fluids, Markus was able to pass the bones while at the hospital, and did not need surgery.

He has now healed up completely, and lives in a foster home where he plays with other dogs.

Markus is around a year old, and extremely friendly. He would do well in a household with one or more other dogs. He likes children.

Included in the adoption fee of $275 is up to date vet care, vaccines and dewormer, microchip and neuter surgery.

In order to adopt Markus, you need to be able to take three days off work to help him acclimate.
