BOWIE is a 1-year-old bulldog mix who is friendly, active, and outgoing. Bowie was rescued from a small shelter after he was found as a stray, starving, and dehydrated. Now healthy and happy, it's time for him to have a second chance at a great life and will be a wonderful companion. He will do best in an active home with a large, secure yard, lots of toys to play with, and maybe a fur sibling. He does well with other dogs, but doesn't need a companion and will be just fine as an only dog. He does need a patient family who will help him feel confident and safe in a new home, and he will reward you with kisses and cuddles. He is housebroken, crate trained, walks great on a leash, loves car rides, and plays well with others. Bowie is a great hiking buddy with a chill side. He will hot the trails in the morning and relax by the fire in the evening - perfect pet! He is 40lbs, small build, neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
