As we are a 100%-volunteer organization, Cooper currently lives in a foster home. This is what the foster family has to say:

Cooper was rescued in late November and he is still working on learning about toys and living inside a house. He loves toys though and already has a favorite one (a stuffed monkey). He is tall for a chihuahua and can run really fast with his long legs! As with all our dogs, Cooper is being crate-trained and is working on house-training and he's catching on quickly. He likes to snuggle, and he really likes being petted. Are you that person who can pet a little snuggly buddy for hours and hours? Cooper would like to meet you!

We request that all adopters be within reasonable traveling distance to Burlington NC. All dogs will be spayed/neutered prior to adoption and will also be up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations (rabies, distemper/parvo and bordatella).
