Charlie Sue is a very playful girl, she enjoys running in a fenced back yard, loves treats and stuffed toys. She is house-broken, crate-trained, leash trained. Charlie Sue prefers the company of the ladies vs the gents. She might not do well with smaller children or in busy households. She would do best in a quiet home with one person, without other dogs, cats or small children.

Note: Due to prior experience, we do not adopt dogs into homes with invisible/underground fencing!

Please note that we will require references, home visit and dogs must be kept indoors and not allowed to roam. Our dogs will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations and we will require that your own dogs also be indoors, spayed/neutered and vaccinated. We cannot process applications beyond an hour drive of Burlington NC.

* Our only obligation is to the dogs in our program and we reserve the right to determine whether a particular dog and the adopter are the right fit.Remember, just because a dog "looks" like the one you want, that does not necessarily mean that the dog will "behave" like the one you want!
