Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sunny was found as a stray and was skin and bones, but very friendly. Now after a couple of months in a foster home, this petite one-year old girl has put on some much-needed weight, learned some house manners, loves playing with her foster doggy siblings, and loves her walks. Her ideal home will have her humans home more often than not to continue with her manners and training. For being a smaller girl (around 35-39 pounds), she has a big appetite, a lot of energy, and will keep her family busy! She loves playing with other dogs, so her ideal forever home will have another playful canine companion who enjoys playing all day long.
Sunny is keenly aware of her surroundings and will let you know through her bark when someone/something is nearby. She does not hesitate to jump in your lap and will greet you with lots of kisses when you wake up in the morning or return home. Proper introductions are important as she can be a little bossy when meeting new dogs and/or with her toys and food. She is a wonderful girl who has so much potential being a forever friend to another canine and her people!
Sunny is scheduled for her spay surgery soon and will be available for adoption shortly thereafter.
