My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maggie, what a playful sweetheart she is! She loves toys and climbing and running--she's quite the entertainer.

And her eyes...copper colored, quite unusual for her gray and white coloring.

Maggie is a real lover once she gets to know you. She'd do best in a home with just adults or in a household with older children.

Maggie is not overly fond of other Cats so would do well as an only Cat or with one other non-aggressive Cat.

More about this rescue

CATS Rescue is a no-kill safe haven for homeless cats that would, without intervention, live their lives on the streets where they are subject to disease and other perils.

CATS Rescue--Caring About The Street-Cats, was created because residents in our village were threatening to poison the street/stray cats that were overpopulating our streets.

Our rescue's program is simple: catch/spay/neuter/vet/socialize and rehome cats that would otherwise have no home or family of their own.

We love our rescues and take our job very seriously. They don't have a choice of where they go to live but we do and it's our job to be sure all the cats in our care have the best possible life once they leave the streets.
