My rescue is currently closed, and I need to find homes for the last of my animals!

River is a rambunctious 2 year old American Staffordshire Terrier + American Bulldog mix. She needs a home who can provide ample exercise, training, and structure. Please no children under 10 due to her size and energy levels. River loves cats, dogs, stuffed animals, and absolutely loves to play, but she also loves being lazy on the couch. She is very smart and knows sit, down, spin, touch, stand(on hindlegs), personal space, place, and knows her manners. She had recently develped some anxiety, and can be a bit reactive on leash. She doesn't like strangers attempting to touch her, or staring her down,but her structured lifestyle and rules are really helping her feel secure about her environment. we're looking for a home that can keep up with this! WE ARE OFFERING FREE TRAINING FOR LIFE!
RIVER NEEDS A DEDICATED ADOPTER WHO WILL TAKE THE TIME TO HELP HER FEEL COMFORTABLE, AS WELL AS CONTINUING THE TRAINING PLAN WE HAVE IN PLACE.

OSAR requires multiple visits to us, training sessions, as well as a home check before and after adoption for all dogs.
OSAR is willing to adopt out of state, as long as the potential family can spend a few days with River learning from me first.
