My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! I am a 4-month-old Collie mix. My mom was a Collie and my dad is unknown, lol. I was born on Christmas Eve, so my foster mom says that makes me extra special. I currently weigh 21 lbs. and am expected to be around 60 lbs. when fully grown. I am full of energy and love to run in the yard with my foster siblings. I can be a little shy at first with big people, but love children, other dogs, and even cats! Once I get to know you, I am your best friend. My foster mom says I am one of the best puppies she has ever had. I think it is because I protect her from the Roomba, even though she says it isn’t necessary. As long as I am let outside every couple of hours, I don’t have any accidents in the house. I am teething, so I love my chew toys (I do try and sneak in my mom’s room for a shoe if she leaves one out). I love to chase balls and toys when mom throws them also. I am crate trained and sleep in a crate at night. I am not a fan of being picked up – it is very scary to me. I do love to snuggle by my big humans on the couch though, especially if I am getting ear scratches and belly rubs. I am very smart and already know how to sit. If I sound like a good fit for you, please come meet me!
