Sweet Ginger is being returned to us after being in a home about 5 months.  They loved her and are heartbroken but Ginger has high prey drive for free roaming chickens.  That being said she must have a secure fenced in yard, a privacy fence is preferred or at least one that is 5 ft high.  She seems to be fine with other dogs after a proper introduction including small ones.  Ginger could also flourish as an only dog as she loves her people.  She has not been around cats so we are unsure but based on her prey drive a home without cats would be best.   Children should be older and respectful.  Ginger is about 8 years old and 50 lbs, a nice manageable size. She is fully vetted and had a dental last fall.   Ginger is housetrained and loves to ride in the car.  She can be left with the run of the house while you are gone without issue.  Ginger has the most adorable smile, we think it is adorable.   If interested in Ginger, please email hartmanshounds@gmail.com.  Her adoption fee is $150.
