In a contest of happy dogs, Pearl will always win! And it's hard to believe it when you learn that she came from a terrible situation. But she's moved past it and so have we, and now we're focused on her very happy everafter!
Pearl might be just a little shy at first when meeting new people and dogs, but after that, you've got a Velcro friend for life! For Pearl, no amount of love and affection is too much! She's a complete attention hog and it starts the minute you wake up when she'll very gently bump you with her nose and the Love Fest begins!! Pearl also loves to play - - toys, toys and more toys!! - - and if no one is around to play with, she has no problem picking up a toy and throwing it around all by herself. She's great with basic obedience, walks well on a leash, and will play Tug O'War till you give up!
Pearl is about 3 years old, she weighs about 50 pounds and she's a very healthy girl. She looks like a Bully, mixed with what is anyone's guess. She's been great with the other dogs and cats at her foster home, but we think she'll love being the only one at her new home so that she can be the sole center of someone's world.
