My friends call me Hamm. If you ask them about me they would say I’m fun-loving, affectionate and a great friend. I’m an especially good listener and very attentive. If you want to go hiking or for a run, I will be your exercise partner. If you want to just hang out and watch a movie, I’m down for that too.

Hammond is an approximately 12 month old Catahoula Leopard Mix as of March 2022. He weighs around 55lbs and has a beautiful, unique coat. He is a fun and sweet dog. He likes to go for walks and will give you a reason to get off the couch!!! He likes everyone he meets and is good with other dogs. He would make a great family member. He is just looking for love, the forever kind!
He will require all basic obedience, crate leash and house training.

Puppies - Adults $ 590, Seniors $415. These adoption rates include transport from Alexandria, Louisiana to designated New England adopter pick up locations and NE foster homes using either Rescue Road Trips, Pets LLC or CAFA Transport. If you do a search you will see that this is a very reasonable adoption fee and comparable to other rescues.
