Arno used to live on the construction site with three baby puppies. Rescuer always saw Arno accompanying puppies there on her way to and from work every day. So rescuer thought that Arno is a mother dog wandering on the construction site with her kids. One day, rescuer found that two of the puppies were disappeared. She quickly went to the scene to find out what had happened. As soon as rescuer approached Arno, she found that he was a boy and not the mother of the puppies. Then the tenant of the construction site appeared. The man said that Arno had been wandering in this place for almost six months. Arno was about four to five months old when he first arrived at the construction site, so Arno was a dog under one year old. But about a month ago, three puppies were abandoned here. Instead of driving them away, Arno played the role of mother to take care of them, accompany them , share food to them, and lead them to avoid attacks from other dogs. For dogs, the life of wandering outside is very dangerous and hard. One of the three puppies was disappeared, another was adopted by nearby residents, and the other was still wandering with Arno. The man also mentioned that the lease on the construction site was about to expire, and he would leave here soon. He was also worried that the next tenant would drive away these two poor and homeless dogs. So the man asked the rescuer to help these two dogs. In a few days, the baby puppy was successfully adopted, leaving Arno alone on the construction site. Seeing such a scene, the rescuer couldn’t stand that Arno continued to be a stray dog alone. She decided to take Arno to the foster family to prepare for adoption.
Rescuer then took Arno to the animal hospital for a health check-up. In addition to being thin, he is in good health and has passed the blood test.
Arno is very gentle and likes to get along with people. He also gets along well with other dogs. He is a competent companion dog. When he is at home, he likes to lie on the sofa and watch TV with family members. But, he is a little sensitive to the sound of the vacuum cleaner. He eats at a moderate speed and has no food aggression. He likes to go out for a walk. When Arno is on leash, he won’t burst and the pace of walking is very stable. He is ok for car rides. He loves to play with dog friends at the park.
