Meet Bandit!!

Bandit is an adorable, very active little senior, who joined BAARK’s Safe House as a result of his family moving; they decided they could not take him with them. Although he is thought to be 10-12 years old, his energy level and great physical condition sure make it hard to believe!

While we are not 100% sure of his breed, his previous owners purchased Bandit from a breeder and have said he’s a PomAPoo. Whatever his breed, he’s a handsome boy, friendly and personable too!

Bandit is great with other dogs but would do well as an only dog (he was the only dog in his previous home). He is wonderful with people as well as older children. Bandit might need some brushing up on his leash manners but with consistency and patience, will learn very quickly to walk nicely. Bandit is housebroken.

Bandit has been fully vetted, has had extensive senior bloodwork…all looking great!! And has just had a dental cleaning so his teeth are shiny and bright when he smiles..or barks!

While this little 17 lb boy is perfect in nearly every way, he’s a bit of a barker. Bandit would be a great dog for any family looking to provide a lifetime of care for a little senior, but his occasional bouts of barking would not fare well in an apartment or condo situation.
