My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This shy girl is Cameron. She is a 3-year-old Pitbull and weighs about 43lbs. She is very scared of the shelter environment and has been pretty timid. She really needs someone who is going to be patient with her and let her acclimate to a home environment. We did find one thing that really brought her out of her shell and that was another dog. Cameron was instantly wagging her tail and wanting to play. We think having a doggy sibling would make her feel safe and help her real personality shine through. While in her previous home, Cameron did not get along with an 8 week old puppy, so we are requiring a meet and greet if there will be any other dogs in the home. Because she is so fearful, we do recommend she not go to a home with small children. We do not know how she does with cats.
