My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Elvira has been at the Ranch since 1/27/22.  She use to be very shy but has come out of her shell in the long time she has been here.  She is not a lap cat, but with the right person she appreciates attention and petting.   When she was a kitten she had an upper respiratory infection and that left her eye permanently cloudy.  She seems happy and healthy.

More about this rescue

New Hope Rescue Ranch - List of Programs

Street Rescue

We network to find placement for cats and kittens that are on the streets. We have adoptable cats that are looking for homes.

Shelter Rescue

We are an approved NYC ACC New Hope Partner. This enables us to request cats that are placed on their At Risk List for medical or behavioral reasons.

Hospice

We are working to be able to offer hospice for cats that have no other alternative.

The Gabriel TNR Program/Fund Ferals

We support groups and trappers that engage in trap, neuter, return programs as it is a powerful way to curb the killing of adoptable cats.
