Meet Kenji, a dwarf hybrid hamster. He was transferred to the Home Sweet Hammy Home rescue from California where he was found in a bucket with 50 other hamsters and surrendered to a local shelter in L.A. See the attached YouTube Video.

Kenji is very food motivated! He's always ready for a treat offering. It took him a bit longer to warm up to being handled and he's still a little reserved, but when food is involved all hesitation dissolves! This baby is one of the super quick ones who manages to be everywhere at once so his new family needs to be ready for action with him. 2 hands are a must as you can see in the picture. Kenji adores DIY toys and activities! A challenge is good for this active baby to keep him busy. If you are someone who likes making things for hamsters, Kenji might be a good fit for you!
