My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Scrabble is a 2-3 year old Coonhound cross that was down to his last days in a BC pound. We pulled him out and flew him over to the Island, where this outgoing, friendly boy is learning to relax in his new foster home. Scrabble is an energetic boy that needs a fair bit of exercise; so he will need an active family.

Foster Home Update:

Scrabble is doing well. He loves other dogs but gets a bit over excited when he sees them. He knows his comands and comes to whistling and sometimes to 'come' but he often pushes his luck and comes on the 3rd ask! He walks well on leash and checks in when off leash in the woods, but he loves to chase bikes, skiers and runners.
He likes car rides, the snow and the beach and even stands happilly whilst being bathed! He is gentle but will 'play rough' if invited to. He is pretty tolerant of being played with by the other dog. He is fully house-trained. He can spend time on his own but is desperate to see you by morning,

Scrabble has the most amazing temprament-We just need to get the obedience up to par and he will be perfect.
