Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Baron is a 10-month-old, Aussie/Lab/Retriever mix. He's up-to-date on all his vaccinations and preventatives and is neutered. Baron is currently in-board training and needs a place to land with a person who will help him finish his training. A furever home or a foster-to-adopt home with no other animals (including cats) is essential for his success!
Baron's Kudos!! He loves water, plays ball, loves walks, and is in training so he does sit, up, down, shake, wait, place, free, come, heel etc. He also loves people (especially guys). Overall Baron is a great older puppy – fun to be with, people friendly, smart, and handsome!
His "However"....he is very leash reactive to other dogs and off-leash is selective about the dogs he does/doesn't like – thus the reason he is in training. He is improving but he will need continued training to overcome it. He has played extensively with another foster's dogs and did allow (some) other dogs to walk along with him – but, at his choosing. Therefore, walks/outings where other dogs will be are out until he overcomes his reactivity.
Please consider!! If you want a really good dog and are willing to finish training him, Baron is awaiting your application!!
