My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

HISTORY: Trio was found as a stray in Modesto, California. He has been in the Stanislaus Animal Shelter since November 2021. Red Waggin' pulled him from the shelter in early January 2022 and has brought him to Washington to give him a better chance for being adopted.

Trio is an adorable sweet puppy-ish boy!!! He’s gone unseen at the shelter for far too long. He is a small, young, nervous boy that needs someone dedicated to building his confidence! The shelter environment has made him incredibly nervous and scared (can you blame him) the loud noises and barking are just overwhelming for a young small pup like him.

It took many days for a volunteer sitting with him to be able to leash him up and take him outside. After seeing his happy little face outside, made it all worth it!

Trio seems to be very young about 2 years old, and his fur color is more of a chocolatey black color, he’s really a beautiful little boy with his floppy ears! You just can’t see him well in the dark corner kennel he’s in. He was just so happy and grateful to be outside. He will definitely benefit from training and obedience, he will need structure, patience and LOVE! He is so worth it!

He will just thrive once he’s out of the shelter environment and in a loving home.
