Rani is a huge favorite of the shelter staff and volunteers! We have no idea why this delightful girl keeps getting overlooked and is still at the shelter. The staff says Rani is just a happy go lucky dog who seems to always be smiling. She loves belly rubs and to play fetch. Yes, she can be very energetic when she does her zoomies in the yard but then she calms down a lot. She is very well behaved, smart and listens well. Rani is treat motivated and loves car rides. Most of all, Rani adores to be around people and getting attention. She prefers not to live with another dog and share your attention but she has zero aggression when she meets other dogs on the other side of the fence or when they are leash walked passing by her. Rani would be very much missed when she gets adopted but we all know that she so deserves to have a home and family of her own. Rani is about 1-2 years old and 41 pounds. Please help Rani find the loving home that she deserves.
We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821).
Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.

Rani's adoption fee is $300. This also covers all age-appropriate shots, spay/neuter, vetting & microchipping.
**If you are coming to an adoption event to see a certain dog/cat, please email ahead of time to make sure that dog/cat will be there that day. Please email 1-2 days before the event, as some animals are placed during the week and our list is constantly changing.
