Chanelle is a very docile although timid cat. She would do very well with one on one attention and tender loving care. She had a tough go recently being found to fend for herself in a cat colony where she clearly did not belong.

Second Chance For Cats is a nonprofit organization set up to spay or neuter homeless felines, and then adopt, relocate, or release these cats. Our goal is to reduce the free roaming cat population in Bluefield, West Virginia and the surrounding area, and to provide ongoing care, including rabies vaccinations, medical treatment, and food for homeless and neglected cats. Our ultimate goal is to have a rescue and no kill shelter.
