My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet the one and only Snickers!! Snickers is a beautiful girl who is between 2-3 years old. She is very SWEET, playful, and good natured. When she was rescued, she was super skinny as a result of a tooth infection which made it impossible for her to eat. Thankfully, she was rescued, got surgery, and rebuilt her strength. She is fully healthy now and ready for her forever home. She is still a bit shy, but once she knows you, she loves to be brushed. She needs to go to a home with another feline friend.

More about this rescue

We are a group of girls who rescue homeless and stray animals in the most dangerous areas of NYC (predominately Harlem and upper Manhattan). We work diligently to place them into loving forever homes. We are passionate about our work and do all that we can to save as many lives as possible. Each animal is fully vetted, vaccinated, tested for FIV/Felv, spayed/neutered and microchipped before being placed in a foster or forever home. We make sure each cat is matched into the most suitable home for him/her.
