That handsome fellow up there is me, Copper. I am a recent addition to rescue and looking for my forever home. My previous owners had to surrender me to rescue, but no worries I got to come to my temporary home and am now having a blast. They have other dogs here and I absolutely LOVE being part of the pack, so rescue is kindly asking I go to a home with other dogs. Mom can't say enough good things about me. I have the sweetest personality, love to go for car rides & take walks. I would love to go to a home with a fenced in yard as I can spend hours outside just sniffing my way around. I am 7 years young, and please do not let my age fool you, I am still a young boy at heart. Just with the benefits of being that older gentleman. I am house trained, UTD on all vaccinations, HW tested negative and altered. If you would like to hear more about me please contact Helena and she will put you in touch with Mom!

Please remember Every animal for adoption through an Hounds Haven is fully vetted for their age and only needs routine preventive care. Dogs older then 6 months of age are heartworm tested! All dogs are kept on heartworm preventative. Every hound is vaccinated (age appropriate), and de-wormed, in addition to being spayed/neutered.



We are asking for interested parties to fill out a pre-adoption questionnaire prior to us lining up an appointment for them to see the hound(s) at the hound(s)' home.
