Are you ready to meet your one true love this Valentine's Day?

Gus is one lucky pup. After dodging 6 lanes of speeding cars he made it safely to a fellow dog lovers yard. After seeing this poor pups plight, they immediately took him in and called NC PAL.

Gus is a very affectionate 12 month Italian Greyhound mix. He is extremely sweet and loves giving hugs and kisses. He is tall and handsome and only weighs 20 pounds. Gus loves to play with other dogs and gets along well with dog-friendly cats. He would make a great family dog or a excellent snuggle buddy to a single person. Gus is also very smart and is completely housetrained.

There is always a 2-week trial period to make certain you've found a good match.


Gus's adoption fee is $150. This dog is spayed or neutered, microchipped (with free registration in your name), up-to-date with vaccines, and is currently receiving flea and tick preventative and heartworm preventative. Dogs come with a complimentary collar and leash. If you're interested in meeting our animals, please apply.
