Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello there! My name is Juniper. I’m about 1.5 years old, 45 lbs. My first family dropped me off in a neighborhood and never came back so some nice people helped me! Juniper is a true pincher and is protective of her family and very intelligent and likes training. She is shy when meeting new people but with some treats she warms up! She loves to snuggle with her foster parents, always curling up tight to them. Juniper is dog friendly, currently living with 4 other dogs and would do best with companions with similar energy level as she loves to play. She is fully potty and crate trained and loves to go on walks. She's is currently going to doggy classes with our trainer and learned 4 new commands during her very first class! Juniper is fearful with children and therefore needs a home with only adults.
We are a RESCUE GROUP, not a shelter, and all of our animals are in foster homes. To start the adoption process, email us at adoptions@earstexas.org requesting an application. Submitting an application does not commit you in any way, but helps us make the best match between people and our available dogs. Your current or past dogs must be inside dogs who have been spayed/neutered and are on heartworm prevention. All of the dogs in our program are inside dogs and are completely vetted including all vaccinations, spayed/neutered, free of internal parasites, microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention before adoption. Our adoption process includes an application, check of vet records or personal references, interview, neutral site meet & greet with the dog and your family, and a home visit.
