Alexandra is a young approx 1yr old Newfie/Golden Ret. mix. weighting in at about 75 lbs. She is a big girl with an even bigger heart. Alexandra wants to love and be with you. She plays with the puppies and dogs in her foster home very well. She likes to sniff around when out for leisurely walks with her foster mom.Alexandra loves to lay her head in your lap to be petted and to get loved on.Every one who meets her falls in love with her great personality and describes her as "not just a good dog but a great dog". Before getting any dog or puppy please make sure you are prepared for a life time commitment to them as they are living, breathing, beings with feelings like you. Rescue dogs and puppies sometimes need frequent potty breaks to learn housebreaking skills. Please be prepared to take the time and commitment that they will need to learn not only housebreaking but also to be an accepted member of your community.
