This sweet older girl was found as a stray! 😢 How does that happen???Pepper is deaf and partially blind. She loves being close to her human(s) to feel safe and will gladly follow you wherever you go or curl up on your chest to relax. Despite her limited eye sight and age, she gets around just fine but will not at all object to being carried instead. Pepper is a very special girl looking for her special human. Someone with a little patience and understanding that she doesn’t have the strongest bladder and cannot always navigate to the pee pad.
