Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Calvin is a 45lb, 2 yr old fixed male. He is a very affectionate and happy boy despite the horrible life he has endured. Calvin has lived his entire life in a crate. I rescued him from a kill shelter down south where he was set to be euthanized with the intent to rehome him. Calvin is doing great with potty training, he is excellent in his crate, I've never herd him bark, he walks great on a leash, and knows basic commands. Calvin loves kids but can get really excited and carried away. Calvin would do well with older kids or younger kids who understand not to encourage his rough play. Calvin is currently living in my home with 3 other dogs. He does great with my female dogs but does not like his foster brother who is an XL great dane. So I would say Calvin would do well as an only dog or in a female only dog home. Calvin might do ok with smaller male dogs but I have not tested him with one yet. I do not know how Calvin does with cats either.
