Poppy aka Popeye was the victim of a hoarder collector and lived many years in a state of neglect along with another small dog, and others who were taken by animal control before we could rescue them. He has suffered the loss of an eye, and has had some dental work and is now got a clean bill of health.Poppy is very very shy and needs an experienced home where there is knowledge of these kinds of social issues and the patience to manage them. Poppy is cute little guy who has a buddy and we would like them to stay together.
