Meet Roxy!
Roxy is a super sweet, gorgeous shepherd mix dog who is waiting for a forever home. Roxy has been with us since she was only a few months old. She is super athletic, affectionate, and protective. Roxy would do best in a home with adults who can continue to train her and work on building her trust with strangers. She would also be great in a home with other medium-large sized dogs when properly introduced. Roxy does have a high prey drive and would not do well with small dogs or cats. Roxy is very sweet with all of our employees and volunteers, however she needs time to warm up and can be intimidating at first. With time, treats, and lots of love she will melt in your arms. She enjoys going on walks and is truly a sweetheart once she opens up.
