Oscar just wants to please! This handsome guy ended up in the shelter with his sister as their owner was not taking proper care of them. Both where extremely shy and under weight. Oscar has become one of the shelter favorites as he appreciates everything. We know once he has a home to call his own he will just blossom. Oscar does well with others in small play groups, sits for a treat and takes it gently. Oscar shares a kennel with his sister and they keep it nice and neat.
