Holly is a beautiful young BC mix that is expected to be petite in size when full grown. The cutest feature is her little cowlick that is a mini mohawk on the crest of her head. She still has a LOT of puppy in her. Holly was rescued from the streets of Amarillo with her litter mates shortly before Christmas. Upon settling into her foster home it is apparent she loves two things- being ALL BC in the yard and playing with toys in the house. Holly has taken to the senior male BC in her foster home and they are always patrolling for squirrels, deer, letting out a bark hello to the neighbor dogs and nosing around. She is precious when she does the head drop and stare fixated on something. Holly is starting to play fetch and bring the ball back to her human.
Holly is crate trained and working on being house broken, she sleeps through the night in her crate. A home with an older confident dog would be great to continue to build her confidence and social skills. Holly wakes up happy, jumpy and ready to go for the day; her whole body wags with excitement every morning. She is very playful with the other dogs in her foster home and food motivated. Holly currently resides in the DFW area and would love to meet her forever family soon.
