Kif was recently adopted, but his adoptive family feels he would be best in a different home without other pets and without exposure to animals outside. (See below)
He is 6 years old, neutered, vaccinated, and has no known medical issues other than needing to shed 10-15 pounds, so his current family is working on that right now.
Reason for Surrender:
"He requires more training and attention than we are able to give to him currently. Our neighborhood also has many other dogs and he currently is not socialized with other dogs so he does have anxiety and feel it is too stressful of an environment for him to live in long term. We took him in from a family that could not care for him any longer and are working hard to make sure he has the best life possible."
More from his current family:
"A fenced yard, a home where he is the only dog, ideally a place that is rural where he doesn't have to hear a lot of other dogs barking, an owner who can take him on long walks and will give him a lot of attention." |
