Calcifer is a 1.5 year old 7 pound female cat that was found as a stray. When she was found, she was underweight and full of fleas. She's now a healthy weight and has been spayed and vaccinated and she's ready for her next forever home. She is described by her foster family as friendly, playful, and affectionate.
Calcifer's foster family feels she would be best in a home as an only pet or with one other cat. She has not lived with a dog but she responds well when she sees dogs outside; it is unknown if she'd do well living with a dog.
More about her and her ideal home:
"Preferably a home with only one cat or none. She LOVES human attention but is still skittish around cats.
She is very vocal when scared and makes her emotions known.
She does not like being picked up but she loves to cuddle.
She is a rescue cat who has obviously had a aggressive owners in the past and just needs someone to give her gentle attention and love her."
Rehoming fee: $20
